^Payment
■ ALL payment will be done through Paypal
    ▫ First payment: 50% of the order must be paid before I begin
    ▫ Second payment: 50% of the order must be paid after I send the watermarked final version
    ▫ Client receives the final version with no watermark after completing all payments
■ NO refunds* (see Deadlines for exception)
■ If a client cancels their commission, they will not receive the art
    ▫ Client will not receive a refund for the first payment if they cancel
    ▫ Client may not cancel once I send the watermarked final illustration^Process
■ Deadlines:
    ▫ Full Illustration - 5 weeks
    ▫ Icon Characters - 2 weeks■ The deadline to finish a commission begins when:
    ▫ I have accepted the commission
    ▫ I have received the first payment■ Clients have 3 revisions MAX
    ▫ I will not make any more adjustments after both revisions have been used, so please be detailed and include as much as you want in each revision.
■ I will provide updates at the end of each phase of the drawing. (sketch, line art, base color, final)■ *If I fail to complete a commission within the deadline, client is refunded
■ I have the right to refuse a commission if I am not comfortable drawing the request^{Use of Art}
■ I must be credited @ccrystalily
■ Client may not claim to be the original illustrator
■ Use of my art in A.I. is prohibited
■ I am allowed to post any commissions I create on social media unless client requests otherwise
■ Commissions are for non-commercial use unless client requests otherwise
    ▫ If the client requests for DIGITAL commercial use of the art, they must pay an additional fee of 25% of the order
■ Digital Commercial Use:
    ▫ Art may only be used digitally for profit
(Ex: Cover art, game assets, monetized videos/streams, ...)
■ Commissions may not be used to produce physical merchandise
(Ex: Posters, stickers, keychains, ...)

Death, Light Gore
Slight Suggestive Themes

Won't Draw:
Mecha, Machinery
Offensive Themes
(Racism, Homophobia, etc.)
